Committing to Counselling & reaching out to find the right Counsellor for you or your child is an important decision for you to make. We need to decide whether we can work together, whether you and I feel comfortable to work therapeutically with one another. We would organise a 1 hour therapeutic assessment session, either face to face or online- where you can ask any questions you may have & we explore YOU & your therapeutic needs.
